Antigua and Barbuda offers citizenship to qualified  investors who are prepared to make an investment of US$250,000 application to the National Development Fund. There are other options such as buying real estate of at least US$400,000 or an investment in a business of at least US$1.5 million.


St. Kitts and Nevis has citizenship by investment programme that require no residency, no English language assessment, no medical evaluations and a short processing time. Applicants are expected to make an economic contribution to the country and have two options: the first is by making an investment of at least US$400,000 in one of more than 40 government-approved real estate developments, and the second is by making a minimum of US$250,000 contribution (not investment) to the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation. In return the applicants and their immediate families are granted full citizenship.
Dominica has an economic citizenship program which enables eligible applicants to live
and work in Dominica and to obtain citizenship in exchange for a non-refundable payment to the government. The payment varies depending on the size of the applicant’s family: the cost for a single applicant is US$100,000, for one applicant plus a spouse it is US$175.
Bahamas allows economically independent expats or those who own a home in the
Bahamas, to apply for an temporary Annual Residence Permit. To obtain permanent residency in the Bahamas applicants have to invest in a commercial enterprise or buy a house. There is no minimum investment amount requirement, but the government gives accelerated consideration to investors and owners of residences worth US$500,000 to US$1.5 million and more. Permanent residency can be granted either with the right to work or without the right to work, and in the case of the latter only US$250,000 is required for accelerated consideration.
Grenada  allows for citizenship Grenada has a CBI programme allowing for citizenship through an authorised real estate acquisition of US$350,000 or a donation of US$200,000 to the National Transformation Fund, per individual. There are some processing and due diligence fees which can amount to approximately US$10,000 per person. It is available by invitation only through a few approved agents.
